Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Role Responsibilities

• Exterior grounds maintenance, interior cleaning, unit turns, and work orders
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Completing work orders promptly (24-48 hours)
• General maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs and unit turnovers (3-5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Respond to emergencies on-call

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to attendance, including weekends and OT
• Ability to manage work orders via smartphone apps
