Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC seeks a part-time Maintenance Technician to support the Faith Housing Community in Crestline, OH. You will handle resident needs, perform routine maintenance, and be on-call for emergencies, ensuring timely work orders and upkeep of units and grounds.

This role emphasizes responsive service, multi-tasking, and reliable attendance in a community-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48-hour expectation).
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3–5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies.
