Hayes Gibson Property Services in the United States is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general property systems. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, well-kept living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, inspecting properties, and upholding safety standards, with on-call coverage as needed.

• Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to Troubleshoot issues.
• Detail-oriented with thorough, accurate work.
• Customer service focus; respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Principal Objective of Position: The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property. We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

What You\'ll Do:

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. On-call as needed to respond to emergency maintenance requests.

• Compensation: Up to $20 hourly.
