Job summary

RUI community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks including painting, faucet fixes, light fixture replacement, and safety protocol implementation. You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and colleagues, and help prepare apartments for new residents.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy a busy, hands-on role where you are the go-to person for fixes.

• Positive attitude and good with people.
• Go-to person for fixes and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs including painting, fixing faucets, and replacing fixtures.

What will you get to do as a Maintenance Technician?

• Must be experiences and skilled in painting.
• Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, helping implement safety protocols, painting and more!
• Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
