Job summary

RUI community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks including painting, faucet fixes, light fixture replacement, and safety protocol implementation. You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and colleagues, and help prepare apartments for new residents.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy a busy, hands-on role where you are the go-to person for fixes.

• Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial work.
• Positive attitude and good with people.
• Go-to person for fixes and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs including painting, fixing faucets, and replacing fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and colleagues.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies and monitor areas for safety.
