Job summary

Dominium Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Pinewood, a 240-unit apartment community. You will perform general maintenance to ensure a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, appliance repair, assisting in vacant unit prep, and on-call duties with a trip stipend. Candidates with 1–2 years maintenance experience and basic electrical/plumbing/painting knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties; trip stipend provided if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
