Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, janitorial, and grounds duties across its self-storage facilities. You will support tenant improvements, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors in a team environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and on-call potential. Training and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to perform HVAC filter changes.
• Performs general maintenance including painting and carpentry for tenant improvements.
• Performs janitorial duties across common areas and restrooms.
• Performs grounds work and snow removal.
• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• On-call after hours for emergencies or snow removal.
• Follow safety and OSHA policies.
