Scully Company in Hamilton Greene Apartments, Mays Landing, NJ is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to support resident services and daily property upkeep. You will respond to resident calls, assist with repairs, prep apartments for move-in and turnover, and participate in on-call rotations to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience working on building maintenance.
• Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies; valid driver’s license.
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of the property.
• Ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep.
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs; preparing apartments for move-in and turnover.
• Participating in rotating on-call which includes occasional weekends and evenings.
