Elevate Living Property Management in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multi‑family properties. This full‑time role handles maintenance, repairs, and move‑in readiness across our units, with on‑call duties for emergencies and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualified candidates will have basic maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and their own hand tools.

• Basic maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements.
• Furnish own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and prepare apartments for move-ins with general handyman tasks for building and apartment maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies on-call and adapt to changing priorities to support business needs.
• Communicate maintenance issues, updates, and requirements with supervisors and colleagues.
