Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair properties and prepare units for occupancy. The role requires handling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks and being available for on-call responses. You will manage tools, safety, and workload in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance/handyman experience
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and upkeep of the property and vacant units preparation.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand for tasks.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and property uniforms.
• Operate safely within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service responses.
