You will perform routine maintenance, handle service requests, and assist with preventive tasks to keep systems running efficiently while coordinating with the team. This role requires reliability, detail-oriented work, strong troubleshooting, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartments or similar properties.
• Basic repair knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on units and common areas.
• Handle work orders promptly across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Assist with unit turns, painting, cleaning for new residents.
• Ensure safety compliance with standards and policies.
• Maintain tools and inventory.
