Dietz Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community in Columbus, OH. This full-time role includes performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit rehabilitations under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Director, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to be in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance as scheduled by supervisor/director.
• Perform unit inspections/rehabilitation as directed by Community Director.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and ensure clean shop areas.
