Job summary

Dietz Property Group in Westerville, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and service a premier apartment community. This full‑time role includes on‑call duties rotated with the team and reports to the Community Director.

You will handle service requests, perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and rehab units as scheduled, while delivering professional service to residents and keeping equipment and work spaces clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction or home repairs is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Ability to provide excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.
• Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled.
• Provide quality and professional service to residents.
• Ensure that all equipment, vehicles and shop areas are kept clean.
