Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair preferred but not required.
• Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
