Job summary

Moderate Income Management Company is seeking Maintenance Technicians to maintain residential communities across New Jersey in a full-time capacity. You will handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, drywall, painting, and flooring, and ensure turnover readiness of vacant units.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, urgent issue response, logging work orders, and participating in on-call coverage and emergency response.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential, multifamily or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Safe, confident use of hand tools, power tools and ladders.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and work order apps.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors.
• A driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Certifications are a plus.

What you'll do:
