Dungarvin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure preventive, corrective, and renovative maintenance for our residential properties, grounds, and vehicles. The role requires coordinating repairs, maintaining tools and records, and collaborating with vendors while being on call after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
• Strong decision-making and communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to be on call evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential homes, grounds, and property in good repair.
• Participate in maintenance planning and capital improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate external vendors for skilled repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and keys; ensure documentation.
