Claremont Companies is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Aventine in Huntersville, NC. The role involves maintaining interior upkeep across the property, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, with on-call duties and weekend availability.

Responsibilities include regular preventive maintenance, safety compliance with OSHA standards, and providing courteous service to tenants and vendors. Competitive benefits are included with this position.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience required.
• Proficient with HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and timely communication.
• Ability to lift 35–100 pounds and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily interior upkeep including cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for safe operations.
• Ensure meticulous care and cleanliness of supplies and equipment while managing inventory.
• Operate in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Interact professionally with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc.
• Work on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
