Liveamc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, NY. This role involves daily repairs, upkeep, and addressing resident service requests in compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have handyman experience and a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Competitive pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 an hour, accompanied by various benefits including vacation time, health programs, and a 401K with an employer match.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Keep a professional appearance with the required property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
