Hamilton Park Nursing and Rehab in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will perform essential upkeep tasks to keep equipment and rooms in good condition and support residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily inspections of machines and investigate, fix, and report any issues found.
• Assemble and repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs, and bio-med equipment as necessary.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Ensure that daily activities in the facility can be performed without interruption.
• Perform painting and related plastering repairs.
• Assist in the removal of snow, ice, debris, etc.
• Adhere to and implement all facility safety and infection control policies.
