Job Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain building standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready processes for vacant units.
• Manage inventory, document work, and support grounds and amenities maintenance.
• Follow safety policies, inspect work, and support property inspections for safety and repairs.

Physical and Certification Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits
