Elmington Living seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Nashville properties. The role involves diagnosing and repairing appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks across 70+ communities.
You will communicate with residents, complete service requests promptly, and ensure vacant unit turns meet Elmington's high standards. Minimum two years of maintenance experience is required, with EPA 608 or HVAC certification.
