Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in New Jersey. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks to keep properties in top condition.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well within a team. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and have a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to meet or exceed attendance standards.
• Ability to use common tools.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to perform HVAC filter changes.
• Performs general maintenance such as painting, carpentry for tenant improvements.
• Performs janitorial maintenance across common areas and facilities.
• Performs grounds work and snow removal.
• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
• May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations and be on call after-hours.
• Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to perform HVAC filter changes.
• Performs general construction such as painting, carpentry in connection with smaller tenant improvement projects, or general maintenance of property.
• Performs janitorial maintenance which may include cleaning rooms, common hallways, common restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots and other work areas, as well as trash removal throughout the property.
• Performs grounds work / landscaping.
• Snow removal.
• Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
• May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.
