Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment, supporting safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Respond to maintenance calls and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ensure machinery functionality for production
• Analyze machine performance and implement improvements
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Manage parts inventory and document process improvements
• Track production downtime and report issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment
• Technical certification in electrical, robotic, mechanical, or fabrication preferred
• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, welding, electrical systems
• Experience with PLCs and schematics, including Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Travel: Minimal travel required
