Winland Foods is seeking an Entry Maintenance Team Member in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on keeping production running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic fabrication while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

The position offers a rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), and a starting pay of $28.00 per hour with a $0.50 night shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain if needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills and ability to read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and documentation.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to minimize downtime.
