Job Overview

We are seeking a night shift Maintenance Technician based in Springfield, Missouri. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain production and quality by ensuring the proper operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Experience with machinery installation and disassembly
• Knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and handle multiple demands calmly

Responsibilities

1. Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions
2. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools
3. Test and repair electrical circuits and equipment, including motors and wiring
4. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and electronic equipment
5. Inform production staff about preventive maintenance requirements to control downtime
6. Work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision
7. Perform inspections and assist in developing safety policies
8. Complete any other assigned duties

Additional Information

• Within 3 months, complete training and build relationships with key stakeholders
