Job summary

Grande is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multi-team operations in updating and repairing processing equipment across the facility. The role involves assembling, installing, dismantling, maintaining and repairing intake and processing equipment to ensure peak efficiency, with a focus on preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred) and at least two years of mechanical or electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Required: High School or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training.
• Education: High School Diploma or better in Industrial Maintenance.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or better in Industrial Maintenance.
• Physical Demands include lifting 20-50 lbs, climbing, humid, extreme cold and extreme hot temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, dismantle, maintain and repair intake and processing equipment.
• Update or replace existing equipment and update technology; perform PMs and keep systems running efficiently.

Job description

$30.40 based on position and experience.

$3 Night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts).

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work as a team or with the other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers and assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed, including but not limited to assemble, install, dismantle, maintain, and repair intake and processing equipment, distribution, supporting equipment, and all other processing equipment to update or replace existing equipment, update technology, prepare for repair or replacement, PM’s, and to keep it running efficiently.
