Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking a Maintenance I to join our maintenance team. You will work with other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers to assist in all maintenance functions, including sanitation, organizing supplies, tools, and keeping the area neat, clean, and safe.

We value hands-on mechanical or electrical experience and manufacturing familiarity. The position offers opportunities for growth within a company with a long history of cheese production and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical Demands: 20-50 lbs lifting; exposure to humid, extreme cold and hot temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed.
• Perform general sanitation of the maintenance department; organize supplies and tools.
• Keep area neat, clean, and safe; support team managers and maintenance staff.

$26.17 based on position and experience.

$3 Night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts).

Job Summary

Do you want to get your feet wet in maintenance? As a Maintenance I, you will work as a team with the other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers and assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed, including but not limited to performing general sanitation of the maintenance department by organizing supplies, tools, etc. and keeping area neat, clean, and safe.

What you need to be considered for the role:
