Echo Lake Foods, a leading manufacturer of egg products and breakfast items, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment on a 2-2-3 rotating shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM). You’ll support conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and facility systems while upholding GMP standards and safety policies.
