The Maintenance Technician supports the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the property, requiring proven experience with multifamily lease-up maintenance.

You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager.
