Qualifications

• Willing to commit to an on-call schedule in the winter when it snows.
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in expected time frame.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify issues.
• Diagnose and address malfunctions, performing repairs or scheduling services.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintain outdoor grounds by mowing and trimming hedges.
• Make minor repairs, such as drywall or door fixes.
