Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital Co Inc in Memphis, TN, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform building and facility maintenance across our 515-space park. You will troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems, read utility meters, care for grounds and pools, and handle basic carpentry while coordinating with a team and occasionally responding to after-hours emergencies.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of general maintenance experience, be skilled with hand tools and safety equipment,

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus).
• Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems.
• Read submeter utility systems and meters (gas, electric, water).
• Conduct groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
• Maintain swimming pool and general carpentry work as needed.
