Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a dedicated Coolant Technician to maintain coolant recovery systems, monitor CNC coolant tanks, and perform PM tasks. You will work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety standards and efficient operation of cooling equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year in manufacturing with industrial maintenance experience. Ability to operate tools and forklifts is required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sump coolant tanks, maintain hydraulic systems.
• Replace filter bags and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with general clean up and other tasks as directed.
• Perform PM scheduled tasks and safety compliance.
• Operate forklift for light loads when required.

Position Summary: As a Coolant Technician you will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the coolant recovery system, CNC machines coolant tank and PM schedules. Must be a self-starter, a good manager of time, work independently and follow company policy standards for safety and conduct.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain coolant recovery system, Smart Skim unit.
• Monitor coolant percentages in the Smart Skim and CNC equipment.
• Maintain CNC machine coolant tanks and repair coolant pumps.
• Sump and clean coolant tanks
• Maintain hydraulic systems.
• Maintain filter bag by cleaning and replacing filter as required.
• Help with general clean up.
• Assist in additional tasks as directed by maintenance team.
• Perform PM scheduled tasks.
• Safely driving a forklift with light loads at ground level.
• Ensure that all safety requirements are always followed.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Mechanically inclined
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to accomplish objectives.
• Prior experience with power and hand tools

Position Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability in industrial maintenance
