Job summary

FOX Factory in Gainesville, GA is seeking a dedicated Coolant Technician to maintain and optimize our coolant recovery system and CNC machine coolant tanks. You will follow PM schedules, work independently, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience, is mechanically inclined, and proficient with power and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain coolant recovery system, Smart Skim unit.
• Monitor coolant percentages in the Smart Skim and CNC equipment.
• Maintain CNC machine coolant tanks and repair coolant pumps.
• Sump and clean coolant tanks.
• Maintain hydraulic systems.
• Maintain filter bag by cleaning and replacing filter as required.
• Help with general clean up and maintenance tasks.
• Perform PM scheduled tasks.
• Safely drive a forklift with light loads at ground level.
• Ensure all safety requirements are followed.

Position Summary

As a Coolant Technician you will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the coolant recovery system, CNC machines coolant tank and PM schedules. Must be a self-starter, a good manager of time, work independently and follow company policy standards for safety and conduct.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain coolant recovery system, Smart Skim unit.
• Monitor coolant percentages in the Smart Skim and CNC equipment.
• Maintain CNC machine coolant tanks and repair coolant pumps.

• Assist in additional tasks as directed by maintenance team.
• Perform PM scheduled tasks.
