Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain homes, common areas, and facilities within the community in Muskegon, MI. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property safe and functional.

The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$22 with a 401(k) plan, medical stipend, and various insurance benefits, plus time off and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have flexible schedule with weekend availability for maintenance emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain infrastructure including roads, lighting and utilities.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents with cleaning and updates.
• Maintain grounds and common areas including landscaping and snow/ice removal.
