Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems, focusing on material handling equipment and robotic systems. You will repair and improve functionality across a client facility while following safety procedures and documenting maintenance activities.

The role requires 1 year of related experience or training, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
High school diploma or GED is required.
At least 1 year of related experience or training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Experience using hand tools for mechanical tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standard situations.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Resolve electrical and mechanical issues in MHE, belts, motors, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Build positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
