Maintenance Technician - $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

Description

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician at the Metro at 70 Apartment community with an address of 8806 Dragonwyk Drive, St Louis, MO 63121. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded maintenance skills.

Requirements

1. Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
2. Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
3. Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
4. Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
5. Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
6. Ability to support and contribute to the team.
7. Experience in previous relevant maintenance field is a plus.
8. Neat, clean, and professional.
9. Attendance is an imperative job function.
