Job summary

Finsuretex in Lindon, UT is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal fabrication equipment, including brake presses, punching, cutting, welding, CNC, and conveyors.

You will work with 480V–600V systems, read electrical schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and support plant upgrades, with opportunities for overtime as needed. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and minimizing downtime in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with metal fabrication or heavy industrial equipment.
• Experience maintaining overhead cranes (1–5 ton).
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with 480V–600V electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding, machining, or CNC experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and support overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair brake presses, punch machines, cutting machines, welding equipment, CNC machinery, and conveyors.
• Maintain and troubleshoot 1–5 ton overhead cranes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, and repairs.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Document repairs and follow plant safety procedures.
