Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in Manchester, NH. The role includes mentoring maintenance students and coordinating with contractors on larger projects.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in building maintenance, and relevant certifications preferred. A valid NH driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of proven success in building maintenance.
• Certifications in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or boilers are highly preferred.
• NH driver’s license or equivalent and ability to meet insurability standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform hands-on maintenance.

• Manage projects: supervise outside contractors to guarantee seamless execution on large repairs or replacements.
• Stay proactive: conduct thorough inspections of building systems to catch issues early.
• Collaborate daily: partner with vocational programs and staff across departments to enhance student support and facility operations.
