Job summary

National Machinery LLC in Ohio is seeking a Technician, Maintenance – Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical to perform maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and various machine tools. • Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read complex schematic diagrams and other manufacturer information.
• 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• 5 years of mechanical, HVAC and electrical experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certificate or the ability to obtain within 3 months after hire.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical or relevant course of study.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine tools including mills, lathes, machining centers as well as cranes and other facility equipment.
• Assist in installation or moving mills, lathes and machining centers.
• Assist with installation of telephones, network systems, security systems and facility electrical systems.
• Handle all types of maintenance to building, grounds, and facility.

TECHNICIAN, MAINTENANCE – Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical

Perform maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC systems and other types of refrigeration equipment. Perform maintenance and repair on facility air systems including air compressors and air dryers. Assist with troubleshooting and repair our various types of machine tools including mills, lathes, machining centers as well as cranes and other facility equipment. Assist in installation or moving mills, lathes and machining centers. Assist with installation of telephones, network systems, security systems and facility electrical systems. Handle all types of maintenance to building, grounds, and facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to read and understand complex schematic diagrams and other manufacturer information.
• 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• 5 years of mechanical, HVAC and electrical experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certificate or the ability to obtain within 3 months after hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical or relevant course of study.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and hoists.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Steel toed safety shoes and safety glasses are required.
• Work can be strenuous, such as pulling on torque wrenches, crawling inside or on top of machines, bending or lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be capable of climbing steps, ladders and operate a man lift to perform work at elevated heights.
• Must be conscious of personal safety and how duties performed affect the safety of others.
