Job summary

Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with tools and safety procedures are required. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a technical certification is preferred. This is a full-time, day shift position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, systems, and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjusting equipment.
• Perform repairs on equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
• Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring safety compliance.
