Job summary

PFNonwovens is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment across plant operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, calibration, and timely adjustments to minimize downtime.

The candidate will work in a team, follow GMP/FDA/ISO guidelines, and operate machinery for testing changeovers and repairs. A high school diploma or technical training is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of all machinery, equipment, and components.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools, micrometers, and Vernier calipers.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes safety rules and uses proper safety equipment at all times.
• Performs preventive maintenance and lubrication on all equipment.
• Repairs mechanical components and troubleshoots equipment as required.
• Operates machines to test maintenance, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Attends training seminars and completes paperwork accurately.
