Job summary

Innovation Foods seeks a Maintenance Technician in Millville, NJ to diagnose and repair equipment, performing preventive maintenance on lines and packaging systems on a 12-hour rotating schedule. You will support production through efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include assisting with changeovers, training operators, installing and testing equipment, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment while lines run.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
• Assist with changeovers and operation support.
• Train operators and other technicians at point of operation.
• Assemble, install, and test new equipment.
• Document work orders and maintain records.
• Adhere to GMP and safety policies.
