Job summary

Amsted Rail in Kansas City, KS is seeking a PLC / Electrician Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the facility, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities include predictive/preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and teamwork with maintenance, operations, quality, and management. PLC experience and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and electrical equipment are preferred, along with

• PLC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission and electrical equipment preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Microsoft Office/SAP preferred.
• Certified welder preferred.

The open positions are for 2nd and 3rd shift, working 8-12 hour shifts, plenty of opportunity for overtime! The pay range is dependent on skills but currently ranges from $40.50 - $44.5 per hour.These positions actively support the operations of the facility.
