Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Distribution Center in Jeffersonville, OH. The role supports maintenance and service tasks within a busy DC, with a Sunday-Thursday shift from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. OT may be required.

The position offers competitive base pay plus a $1.50/hr shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have warehouse maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of safety practices like lock out/tag

Qualifications

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with equipment used in a distribution center.
• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools, power tools, conveyors and forklifts.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse work environments.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC trades.
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA standards.
• Experience with work orders.
• Ability to operate Power Equipment; training available.

Facility Maintenance Service – Distribution Center

Location: Jeffersonville, OH, USA – 8200 Bluegrass Blvd

Shift: Sunday to Thursday -5pm-1:30am. Note: shift subject to change. OT mandatory if required.

What You Will Need

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of different equipment used in a distribution center environment
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
• Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
• Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, etc)
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OHSHA
• Work order experience
• Experience operating Power Equipment would be considered an asset. However, location is willing to train those that are willing to learn, but, must be able to maintain certifications
• Openness to assist with minor tasks such as picking up garbage on the floor to assisting to repair DC equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & forklift use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.
• May work at heights and in cold areas at times
