Job summary

Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified maintenance on our facility infrastructure, integrating predictive and preventive maintenance to support manufacturing goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, HVAC EPA 608 certification, ability to read blueprints, and a proactive approach to safety and quality. This full-time, onsite role offers ESOP ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• HVAC certified EPA section 608.
• OSHA/NFPA standards awareness for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints. Strong math skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Electrical knowledge a plus; experience with electrical, plumbing and carpentry duties.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance software and MS Outlook.
• Self-directed team player focused on continual quality improvement of facility infrastructure.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry duties as needed.
• Read measurements and blueprints to guide maintenance tasks.
• Utilize preventive and predictive maintenance processes to support facility goals.
• Operate and maintain CMMS and related software tools.
• Ensure safety standards and confidentiality in all activities.
