Job summary

Sawyer Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in South Carolina to maintain and repair production equipment and handle general facility maintenance. Candidates should possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot complex issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, on-call rotations, and potential weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Highly mechanically inclined.
• Ability to read electrical wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Welding experience with TIG, MIG, and/or Stick is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
• Clean background & pass a drug test.
