Job summary

Starkey, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe and well‑maintained in Wichita. The role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across multiple Starkey properties.

You will work with the Director of Facilities on daily operations, complete work orders, and maintain digital records. A valid driver’s license and 4+ years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hs diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in HVAC or building maintenance.
• EPA Universal Certification (Type III preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs for all Starkey properties.
• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities on day-to-day operations.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate digital records.
• Variety across multiple trades; tasks vary daily.

Pay rate and Schedule

$22-$28 per hour depending on experience and certificates

M-F 8am-5pm

What You Bring

• HS Diploma/GED
