Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• 1–2 years in multi-family or student housing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPO license is a plus.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartments (1–5 bedrooms).
• Grounds upkeep and daily trash removal.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with unit turnovers and minor repairs.
• Rotating on-call to handle after-hours emergencies.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
