Related Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle a range of repairs and preventive maintenance on a multifamily portfolio. You will complete resident work orders, prepare units for renters, and maintain grounds and amenities on-site.

The role requires 2 years in general maintenance, HVAC/plumbing capabilities, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A union benefits framework and on-site shifts are offered, with on-site responsibilities including emergency on-call rotation.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation.
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, etc.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday 11am-7:30pm

Friday and Saturday off

Compensation

$33.5608/hr

Qualifications

*Emergency on-call rotation is required.
