Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to inspect, maintain and repair equipment at our Georgia facilities. The role supports the Lead Technician, performing routine tasks, preventive maintenance, and light welding or cutting as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred) and relevant licenses. The job requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience or equivalent training.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class B CDL preferred). Other licenses (may vary by site): SCBA, CSI, Crane and Forklift Operator, Rigging, Metal Cutting.
• Ability to follow manuals and operating instructions; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Working knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance for water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Clear and professional communication; contributes to a positive customer experience.
• Pays attention to detail; identifies and solves problems; escalates when needed.
• Works independently with minimal supervision; manages multiple tasks; follows SOPs.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Maintenance Technician in performing various maintenance tasks.
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.
• Cleans and performs preventative maintenance on various equipment.
• Prepares rigs for daily use.
• Repairs and replaces pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, belt presses and other equipment.
• Conducts routine equipment maintenance tests.
• Performs vibration analysis and other non-destructive testing.
• Prepares pipes and fabricated supports.
• Maintains metal cutting including welding, brazing and soldering.
• Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
• Cleans shop area.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call.
